So far this term we have had a focus on working together and getting along. We have participated in hands on learning experiences to practise working as a team and develop our problem solving skills. The children are enjoying these STEM based challenges and are using critical and creative thinking and developing problem solving skills as well as learning ways to communicate and work as a team.
Challenge 1- Create a bridge using cups and pop-sticks to hold 20 teddies. We had 3 different challenges within this task.
Challenge 2- Using straws and playdough create a tower that can stand on its own.
